Richard Thrash Jr., MS, LCAS-A, is a dedicated clinician with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. He specializes in supporting individuals and families through the complexities of recovery, focusing on building resilience and fostering sustainable life changes. Committed to evidence-based practice, Richard provides a compassionate and grounded approach to help clients navigate their unique paths toward wellness and long-term stability.

Tonya Spivey
Tonya Spivey is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and National Board-Certified
Counselor (NBCC) with experience supporting individuals in building coping skills, improving
emotional well-being, and achieving personal goals. She provides individual counseling and has
experience co-facilitating substance abuse intensive outpatient (SAIOP) sessions through telehealth.
Tonya takes a collaborative, client-centered approach, helping clients navigate life challenges,
strengthen self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. She holds a Master
of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Tonya is committed to fostering a safe, supportive
environment that promotes healing, growth, and resilience.

Milayo Price
Milayo Price is located in the Raleigh area and
is currently accepting new clients. She believes that therapy should be a safe place to explore feelings, emotions, and behavior patterns. She takes a
holistic approach to therapy. Her favorite part of therapy is empowering clients and witnessing clients in their resilience as a result of utilizing the tools they have learned in therapy.
She specializes in Cognitive Behavior, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family-Centered Treatment, Crisis Intervention, and is EDMR trained. She offers a holistic approach to the therapeutic process while identifying
client strengths. She prides herself on her ability to build rapport with clients while supporting them in reaching both individual and therapeutic goals.

Ronald R. Johnson, M.S., LCMHC , started working as a therapist/counselor in 2017. He serves children aged 12 and above who suffer from developmental disorders such as ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, anxiety, and depression. He also work with adults suffering from Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia and related disorders.

She earned her BSW from Livingstone College and her MSW from Fayetteville State University, along with a Certificate in Substance Abuse Studies. Aviqon provides a supportive, client-centered approach to help clients achieve growth, healing, and emotional wellness.

Anisha Chatman, LCAS-A, is a dedicated behavioral health and addiction counseling professional committed to helping individuals navigate recovery, emotional challenges, and personal growth in a supportive and compassionate environment. She believes healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
Her experience includes working with individuals facing substance use challenges, mental health concerns, life stressors, and barriers to stability. She provides a person-centered approach that focuses on building healthy coping skills, strengthening motivation, improving relationships, and helping clients work toward realistic, meaningful goals. She has experience supporting individuals participating in medication-assisted treatment (MAT), facilitating individual and group counseling, and using psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions to support long-term wellness and recovery.

My name is Donnita J. Taylor, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina State University and my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Shaw University.
She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger management difficulties, life transitions, trauma, behavioral challenges, and relationship issues.
Her passion for working with children stems from her experience as an Instructional Assistant with Wake County Public Schools, where she worked for over 10 years. That experience inspired her to pursue a career in social work and mental health, allowing her to support children and
families in a more meaningful and lasting way. Today, working with children and adolescents remains one of her primary areas of specialization.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. She utilizes evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation, while tailoring treatment to meet each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Carla Mullins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who earned her Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University in 2018 and has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy to youth and adults with mental health challenges, intellectual and developmental disabilities(IDD), and substance use disorders. She is passionate about helping others and creates a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to pursue growth and healing. Carla integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), while drawing on a biopsychosocial, person-centered framework to address the whole person—promoting emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, and improving overall quality of life.
