What is Outpatient Therapy
We offer Outpatient Therapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and children.
OPT is the treatment of mental, emotional or chemical dependency disorders through scheduled visits between the therapist and the client(s). Outpatient behavioral health psychotherapy services may be provided in an office, in a community setting or if appropriate, in the home. The focus of outpatient psychotherapy treatment is to improve or maintain an individual's ability to function as well as decrease symptoms that may complicate functioning.

MWF 10a – 1p Adults - Transportation provided within 20 miles of office
MWTh 4:30-7:30p (Teens)
PHP - with a Partial Hospital Program, clients are able to receive intensive treatment for serious mental health concerns, while continuing to live at home.

Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program
WCPSS Alternative Counseling Education (ACE) is a board approved alternative for long-term suspensions for students who violate policy 6429. Sigma Health Services, LLC has partnered with the Wake County Public School System to provide adolescents with Substance Abuse Prevention alternative and assistance.
Sigma Health Services offers Suboxone Office-Based Opioid Treatment. Suboxone is a prescription medication that is a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone that is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is used as a tool in the detoxification and rehabilitation process of opioid dependent individuals.
Sigma will be offering treatment or maintenance for individuals suffering from opioid addiction with outpatient services and therapeutic services such as treatment groups and individual counseling.

It is important for families that are seeking to resolve conflicts and improve their communication with one another to address those issues through family therapy. Family Therapy addresses relationship issues, parenting, and dysfunctional behaviors.
